Not just photos. Your friends. Your messages. Places you go. Little patterns about your day that even you don’t notice.

Does it show something personal in the background?

Would I be okay if a stranger saw this?

Most of the time, the answer will be fine. But that one moment of awareness makes a difference.

Also, clean up connected apps.

Over time, we log into different apps using our social media accounts. Many of those stay connected even after we stop using them. It’s worth removing anything you don’t recognise or need anymore.
