Refund Policy

Net Protector is committed to providing a customer-centric cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for our users.

The policy is outlined as follows:

• Cancellations are valid only until the license key is delivered. Once the key is delivered, cancellation/refund requests will be nullified.
• End-users requesting refunds or cancellations must submit their requests in writing. 

Net Protector reserves the right to refund any order at its discretion, with or without documentation, under the following circumstances:

• The order is identified as fraudulent.
• The customer accidentally places a duplicate order.
• The customer requests a refund before receiving the product.

Cancellation requests will be entertained only if made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, if the orders have been executed and the email containing the Serial Code/s has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be considered.

In the event of order cancellation, the refund will be processed after deducting necessary transaction charges.

No cash refunds will be provided.
